Red Night Eternity

As the final project on our college course, me and some of my friends collaborated together to make an escape team as instructed by our client, Make Your Escape Derby. Paranormal Investigation is a detective liminal space horror game where a you play as a detective who has to investigate unusual activity in an abandoned 2000s styled office. A lot of inspiration for this came from internet trends and culture surrounding nostalgia and liminal spaces and several urban legends such as Polybius and The Backrooms, as well as occult elements too. We really wanted the game to feel familiar and nostalgic as well as uncanny and 'off' to the player.
