Red Night Eternity

Here is my next piece of concept art I have just finished in for the new year. It is part of the web series I am working on here. I have tried to establish a melancholic, serious dystopian setting through the use of setting and characters. Working on this piece gave me the opportunity to practice with lighting and shadows. I practiced lots of different shading and highlight technique such as using colours that are opposite to each other to add highlights to the hair, the rifle the guy on the left is holding and the robotic arm.
